After visiting multiple dive schools in Puerto Morelos. We felt like coming home at Scuba Kraken. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and taking their time and making sure you get the best experience possible. Only good experiences and having Dolphins during our dive is ofcourse something extra! Absolutely Incredible Dive Experience with Scuba Kraken! Okay folks, here’s the deal — Scuba Kraken is hands down the best dive group my husband and I have ever gone with. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The team was not only professional but also incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. Never once did we feel rushed or condescended to — just genuine, passionate divers who love what they do. Ursula was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with my GoPro setup, making sure I captured every moment. And Allen was an absolute rockstar as our divemaster for three straight days — calm, knowledgeable, and just a joy to dive with. We were lucky enough (or maybe it’s just their awesome planning) to dive a stunning wreck site and witnessed 15 spotted eagle rays gliding overhead — a truly magical, once-in-a-lifetime experience we’ll never forget. If you're even thinking about diving with Scuba Kraken — do it. You won’t regret it.

No other option but giving a 5 star rating. I spent the most incredible time of my life as a beginner in scuba diving and got PADI certified with Ursula. She explained everything so well and was patient with everyone all of the time plus having vast knowledge about the marine species. A few days in I already felt like part of the family and this made everything so easy and enjoyable. The reefs around the area are really beautiful and Scuba Kraken is located just one block from the beach and skipper port so the accessibility is great. So if you're going to scuba dive in the Riviera Maya, do it with Ursula and Alan 🙂 Looking forward to coming back!
