Ursala and Alan were able to get me out diving the same day I called them in a 1-1 dive. Brought my brother back the next day for his refresher and then a couple dives. Great instructors, fantastic guides, super friendly and accommodating. If you're in Puerto Morelo and want to go Scuba Diving, Kraken is the place!

Alan & Ursula are two of the kindest, friendliest, and most fun people that I have ever met! I had an incredible time scuba diving with them and I would highly recommend using Scuba Kraken if you are looking for a life changing dive experience in Puerto Morelos! Initially, I decided to dive with them because they were the only dive shop, out of dozens that I contacted, that was doing a night dive. After just one dive, I understood why they have such great reviews and I decided to do all 5 of my dives with them! They quickly made me feel like part of their dive family and I hope to return to the area to do some more diving with them in the future! Alan & Ursula are both very knowledgeable and shared the fascinating history of the cenotes that we dove at! I was very happy to see that they care so much for the reefs and environment! The food and snacks that they provided were delicious! I would highly recommend Ojo de Agua (beach dive), Cenote Zapote, and Cenote Maravilla near Puerto Morelos as well as Cenote Taak Bi Ha and Cenote Dream Gate near Tulum!

Some of the best diving I have done to date. Ursula and Alan were amazing. Seen a hammer head and nurse sharks, a turtle, eels, eagle rays, sting rays, lobsters, along with beautiful coral and much more. Would highly recommend for a very personal diving experience!
