Dive Deeper + Explore Cozumel – Advanced Open Water Certification + 2 Cozumel Reef Dives
Take your diving skills to the next level and experience the breathtaking reefs of Cozumel with this exciting combo! You’ll earn your Advanced Open Water Diver Certification and then celebrate with two fun dives in one of the most stunning dive destinations in the world. What’s Included? This course is designed to build your confidence, expand your skills, and introduce you to new underwater adventures. To earn your certification, you’ll complete five specialty dives — two are required, and three are up to you! Mandatory Adventure Dives: Deep Dive (up to 100 ft / 30 m) Underwater navigation. Choose 3 More Based on Your Interests: With more than 10 specialty dives to choose from, you can tailor your experience to what excites you most. We highly recommend: Night Dive, Wreck Dive, naturalist, fish ID, Peak Performance Buoyancy or Perfect Buoyancy. How It Works — Step by Step:
1. Learn the Theory. Start with the online learning or manual to explore topics like dive planning, deep diving, navigation, and environmental awareness — all at your own pace.
2. Choose Your Specialty Dives select your 3 preferred adventure dives to go along with Deep and Navigation. We’ll help you pick what fits your goals and interests best.
3. Dive with Your Instructor. Over the first 2–3 days, you’ll complete your five adventure dives under the guidance of a certified instructor. Each dive is a chance to build skills, confidence, and experience. After each dive, we’ll go over what you learned, practiced, and how to keep improving.
4. Pass the Assessments. Complete a few short quizzes or knowledge checks to wrap up the theory portion. Get Certified! Once all dives and requirements are completed — you’re officially an Advanced Open Water Diver!
Finish with Two Cozumel Reef Dives. With your certification in hand, it’s time to enjoy two incredible reef dives in Cozumel — home to some of the most colorful and diverse marine life in the Caribbean. This final day is all about fun, exploration, and soaking in the beauty of the sea.
Optional: Train in Cozumel. Prefer to do part of your training in Cozumel? You can complete two of your certification dives there as part of the course — giving you the chance to train and explore in paradise.
