In this hands-on, interactive course, you’ll learn how to provide: Primary Care (CPR) for adults, children, and infants Secondary Care (First Aid) including injury assessment, bandaging, and illness management scene assessment and emergency response protocols, helping you stay calm and take action when seconds count.
The course includes a theory session, practice of realistic rescue scenarios and CPR techniques, and a written exam based on the training manual or digital learning. It’s designed to be clear, accessible, and empowering—no previous medical experience required!
The course typically takes about 3 to 4 hours to complete and meets the prerequisite for higher-level dive courses such as Rescue Diver and Divemaster. It’s also an excellent life skill to have for everyday situations—at home, at work, or during your travels.
