The course includes a theory session, practice of realistic rescue scenarios and CPR techniques, and a written exam based on the training manual or digital learning. It’s designed to be clear, accessible, and empowering—no previous medical experience required!
The course typically takes about 3 to 4 hours to complete and meets the prerequisite for higher-level dive courses such as Rescue Diver and Divemaster. It’s also an excellent life skill to have for everyday situations—at home, at work, or during your travels.
