Step 1: Dive Theory — Easy & At Your Pace start with the basics through a manual or online e-Learning course. You’ll learn about dive safety, gear, underwater communication, and more. On your first day, we’ll also guide you through assembling and disassembling your SCUBA gear — it’s hands-on, simple, and fun.
Step 2: Practice in Shallow Water once you’re comfortable with the theory, it’s time to get in the water! You’ll practice core SCUBA skills in a pool or calm shallow area, always with a certified instructor by your side.
Step 3: 4 Open Water Dives next, you’ll head out for four open water dives, applying your new skills in real dive conditions. It’s safe, supportive, and incredibly exciting.
Step 4: Final Quiz & certification. You’ll complete a short final quiz to wrap up the course, and then… You’re certified! Welcome to the world of diving!
Bonus: 2 Fun Dives in Cozumel once you’re certified, we’ll take you on two stunning reef dives in Cozumel — no skills to practice, just fun, exploration, and marine magic. This is your reward: colorful coral, tropical fish, and some of the clearest water you’ve ever seen.
Optional: Do Part of Your Training in Cozumel. Want to start the adventure early? You can swap two of your certification dives from Puerto Morelos and complete them in Cozumel.
